So, Julie is pregnant, which we have known for a few weeks. But here’s a shocker- they went to their first ob gyn appointment and the nice doctor man said, “oh, yes, i see their birthing sacs, here…” got that? they are having twins! Big congrats go out to them, nice work guys!!!

Just Another Christmas?
Jackie and I are going to her parents house for Christmas this year. It will be my first Xmas with the Scalf’s and I’m pretty fired up. For those of you that don’t know, Jackie’s mom is an amazing cook and apparently she goes all out for Xmas. Lucky for me, Jackie, too, is an amazing cook. So the two of them together in the kitchen is destined to be a good thing.
My family has always had turkey for Christmas with the occasional side of ham. But at Jackie’s parents house, they do prime-rib, which, according to all the rumors , is a pretty traditional Christmas dinner entree.

I tol’ you
I tol’ you I’d change things up after the wedding. How do you like me now? S’nice?
I swear I will tell everybody about our wonderful horrible honeymoon soon. I think Jackie and I are still recuperating shuttering from all the amazing forgettable moments we had together. Needless to say, we don’t miss Maui.
I do want to say, that even though the weather was against us, the fact that we got to go to Hawaii is amazing and I want to say thank you again (seriously!) to my Aunt Cheryl & Uncle John for giving us their timeshare. I mean, horrible weather is one thing, but horrible weather in Hawaii.. I mean.. Come on.
