All of our family and friends are starting to roll into town. Which can mean only one thing: It’s really happening. All of the planning and organizing is actually becoming reality now and Jackie and I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. As excited as we are to get married, it’ll be nice to not have to plan a wedding anymore. We are really getting psyched about seeing all of our closest family and friends and hope that you all have a great time.
I hope you bring your dancing shoes, because Jackie and I worked hard to come up with songs to play, and what kind of wedding would it be if we didn’t see “that guy (or girl)” pulling an Elaine Benes.
And in case you didn’t know this already, Jackie and I are very informal, so don’t feel obligated to wear a suit and tie.. I mean.. you can wear a suit and tie, but dress it down a notch by untucking your shirt or wearing flip-flops. We are!
And what wedding would be complete without a “First Dance”… I’ll give you one whole American dollar if you can guess what the song is*. FYI: Unfortunately Jackie turned me down on “Purple Rain” by Prince
*Only people I know will be eligible to win this.
